Dates and Fees
To help fit around you and your birth companions schedule, we offer 4 different options. Each option ensures you receive the full 12.5 hours worth of course content:
Two Day Course: £250 per couple
A two day course run over a weekend or two Sundays. Ideal if you are travelling some distance and are unable to attend any of the other class options. Weekend classes are provided for those whose circumstances (time frame or distance to class for example) mean they are unable to attend the 5 sessions detailed above. The HypnoBirthing® Institute recommends the 5 classes option as the best way to learn HypnoBirthing® .

Evening classes: £250 per couple
Five evening classes from 7:00pm to 9.30pm. These classes are highly recommended, because you have time in between the sessions to go home and practice, with a chance to return each week with questions.

Individual one on one classes: £400 per couple
Indulge in individual classes where you can really tailor the classes to suit you, and have the freedom to explore any issues which are important to you. Choose whether to meet in the comfort of your own home, or at our location in Hove. Times and dates are arranged at the time of booking.

Arrange it yourself: £250 per couple
Know some-one else who is pregnant? If you can get one couple or more to join you, we will come to your living room/s so you can enjoy the course in the comfort of your own home. Times and dates are arranged at the time of booking.

It is recommended that you start these courses as early as possible in your pregnancy to give yourself plenty of time to practice the techniques. If however, you are near your estimated due date, please still contact me to discuss alternative course options.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
Due to limited places for our courses all deposits are strictly non-refundable & non transferable. However in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date we will refund your deposit and or full course fee if this has also been paid.
IMPORTANT - Places cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received and due to small classes it is on a first come first served basis with regards to deposit payments to be fair on everyone.
Final Payment - Once your deposit has been received final payment for our one day courses is to be paid no later than 14 days before the start date (or straight away for last minute bookings, we will contact you once you have paid your deposit to organise your final payment). You are able to pay straight away if preferred (details of final payment will be sent within 3 days of your booking/or before if your course starts earlier) for last minute bookings (24hours before the course date) we can take cash or a cheque on the day for the final payment.
